I need a Macintosh theme for windows xp. I also need to know how to install it. Read details.?

I heard that some patching is required to make themes which are not certified by microsoft work. but, i heard it’s rather dangerous too because it leads to reformatting of the pc. i need some clear instructions along with the consequences i will have to face while doing this. and i also need a trusted website from where i can get the theme from. please! i love the mac!
