As far as your system, I’ve never messed with SCSI much myself so my advice would be to get some assistance from a computer store. Assuming you really are working with SCSI drives. Most computers these days use IDE (aka PATA) or SATA. The hardware docs ought to have info about where any of the jumpers should be. (Though I’ve never seen a power supply with jumpers before.) I would assume the numbers start with the lowest number on the first device on the chain and go up from there, with the terminator on the last device on the chain.
