Is it advisable to use molex splitter cables?

Im thinking of adding new lights to my computer but have no molex connectors available and im woundering if these molex splitter cables are suitable to use. I.e any danger of damaging my computer etc.

Lights don’t use much wattage but you should add up the wattage of your devices and see how much your power supply output is first. If you have enough left for lights you should be OK.

If not you need to upgrade you power supply first.
