Trying to hook up dish network recv’er phone line to DSL line using splitters & filters error no dial tone

When the phone is connected I do receive a dial tone. I am trying to find any illistrations that would show how to hook up the lines to the DSL using the filters and splitters. When I hook receiver lines into the splitter than put into filter then line into wall I get no dial tone? Should it be going into DSL line? or the Ethernet line? I have it going to phone line.

from the phone jack you can install the filter. from the filter you can connect the splitter, from the splitter you can connect the 2 line cords, one to the phone, the other to the DTV box.
