I Have two jl audio 12w6v2 dual 4 ohms speakers,but my question is about suitable amplifiers?

I have a 2channel kenwwod amp that gives out..
2 x 170wrms @ 4ohm
2 x 250wrms @ 2ohm
1 x 500wrms bridged (bridge mode is 4ohm stable)

At the moment i have used the jumper settings on the subs and set them both to 2 ohm configuration
now both subs are directly connected to each of the two channels on the amp in stereo mode.

So if I’m correct each sub is receiving 2 ohms @ 250wrms and im not doing anything wrong?

If im wrong please help so i dont blow the £900 worth of JL i just purchased

You can also wire your subs in series/parallel for a 4ohm load and then bridge them to the amp.

You will still be getting the same amount of power to each sub,but running them at a 4ohm load should give you better sound quality.
Just another option to think about.

But the way you have them now will be fine also.
