Twin Gig Module Cisco 3560?

I have installed the twin gig module to Cisco 3560 SW. But I cannot see anything right after than I installed the SFP modules and single mode fiber cable, Although there is another device at the end of the single mode fiber it does not work. What do I need to make it working ?

First, did you enable the port? What device are you connecting to? Did you enable trunking? Please post more detail.
