I have bought a Seymour Duncan Woody hc acoustic guitar pickup?

It has a male TRS jack but I already have a hole drilled in my acoustic for a female plug. How can I convert the 14ft cable with the male TRS jack on into a female plug to plug a normal guitar lead into.

Thanks.

You can splice the cable and put a female stereo plug on the end of it or just get an adapter. An adapter is probably your best bet.

One of the most frustrating problems in a complex audio system is the dreaded ground or 60-cycle hum. Typically, these loops are created when one or more units are connected together, each with its own ground plane. This creates what are commonly called "ground loops" which can act like antennae, picking up a 60 Hz (or higher harmonics) hum transmitted by electrical wiring, lighting dimmers, transformers and other components and adding that ‘noise’ to the audio signal path. Echolution is the world’s finest delay pedal. A hybrid of analog and digital techonology, Echolution’s etheral tape echo sound can be manipulated by a creative arsenal of features. Virtual tape heads at fractions of the master delay time add up to six delays at once, all synced to a master clock. Echolution drenches your tone in analog goodness with a world class pre-amp driving a pair of proprietary non-linear tape emulation filters, a hi-cut stage and stereo outputs. The echoes are further massaged by chorus (pitch modulation) and tremolo (amplitude modulation) circuits with independant depth controls and a shared LFO. Independent Tap Tempo and Modulation modes allow you to switch between different sounds on the fly, with a maximum delay time of 12 seconds. A newly updated precision tap tempo algorithm matchs the beat with only two stomps and an expression pedal jack allows for external adjustment of delay time in the modualtion mode. The Modulation mode operates over three distinct time ranges, providing easy access to a huge array of delay based effects. The short setting (10ms-120ms) provides stereo chorus, reverb and slapback sounds. The medium setting (100ms-1.2sec) covers classic BBD and tape echo territory with lush modulation and rich dub tone. The long setting (1sec-12sec) allows for epic sound on sound jams, sampling, reverse playback and rhythmic multi-tap patterns. The Multi-Tap toggle switches introduce any combination of five additional echoes at musical fractions of the master delay time. This is like having up to 6 delay pedals in a row! The fractions can be based on quarter notes and triplets or aligned to the Golden Ratio using the PHI switch. The Golden Ratio is a naturally occurring spiral rhythm that is found throughout the universe. It is observed in the shapes of galaxies, sea shells, DNA, the Egyptian Pyramids as well as in the work of many great musicians. Other thoughtful features include a stereo blend control that mixes the pure analog input signal with the echo signal, a Trails switch that allows echoes to fade gradually after the effect is bypassed and an input Drive control, which can push the echoes into massive saturation. True stereo outputs provide breathtaking 3D sound when used with two amps or direct into a mixer. The Echolution contains a Loop feature that freezes the content of the delay line and repeats the captured audio. When the loop function is engaged, all of the modulation and multi-tap functions remain active, allowing you to warp and manipulate the sample beyond all recognition and then back again to its original sonic form. The Rane SM 82 is a product offering incredible power and versatility. It is the equivalent of a sixteen channel mixer in one rack space. Measuring only 5.25 inches deep, it can do the job of mixers costing several times as much while only occupying a fraction of the rack space. It is ideally suited for keyboards, synthesizer expander modules and drum machines, as well as such things as effects mixing in guitar racks. It also functions as an excellent submixer for stereo line inputs and effects to a larger console. Because of shorter internal signal paths, it is much cleaner than many mixers ten times the cost and size. Each of the eight stereo (two channel) input channels feature a stereo rotary input Level control, a stereo aux Send level control slider and a left to right Balance control slider. When a single mono input is used, the Balance control acts as a pan pot. The aux return section provides a rotary Return Level control and a slide control for left to right Balance. The output stage includes a rotary Output Level control and a slide control for left to right Balance. The human engineering applied to the SM 82 makes it extremely easy to operate.
